Winter Kids Waterproof Gloves for Boys Girls

When the temperatures start to drop, one of the first spots on your body starts to feel cold is your hands. Your fingers get numb, and you may struggle to function. The right pair of winter gloves will ensure that you retain heat and keep your hands dry even when the temperature drops. Try one of these pairs of gloves this winter.

Benefits of Winter Gloves

Warmth. Wearing Winter gloves blocks your skin from cold air. This will reduce the dissipation of heat through your skin. The weight and insulation of the gloves will dictate how warm they will keep your hands.

Grip. It can be a struggle to get a good grip on the mountainside, your sporting equipment, or job site materials. The right gloves can improve your grip and make it easier to carry objects or hold steady.

Dryness. To stay warm, you also need to stay dry. So look for gloves that are waterproof or, at the very least, water-resistant. They should also have moisture-wicking qualities to reduce moisture buildup from sweaty hands.

How to size your Gloves

To ascertain your glove size

  1. Pass a tape measure around the widest part of your hand – usually over your knuckles, excluding the thumb.
  2. The result, in inches, is your glove size – e.g. if your hand measures 7 inches, you are a glove size 7.
  3. If you are between two sizes, round down to the lower of the two.

Of course, there are times when you might not know the glove size, perhaps if you are buying our gloves as a gift. In that case, we would recommend a size 7, because this is the average size, and is likely to fit most people.i

If you are between two sizes, round down to the lower of the two. If you are buying gloves for someone else and do not know their glove size, we recommend choosing size 7, which is the average glove size.
